The rooms are clean, warm, and quiet. The front desk staff—Jack, Karen, Mel,Claire, Stacy and Lindsay—exhibit exceptional friendliness and offer prompt assistance with a welcoming smile. The bathroom is generously spacious, featuring a shower that provides a refreshing and invigorating experience. The bed is large and exceptionally comfortable, inviting a restful night's sleep, while the bedding and towels are pristine and freshly laundered. Having previously enjoyed my stay here, I would certainly choose to return in the future.

Our second time staying here. Stayed for 3 nights with my husband and 3 kids. Great location and lovely spacious rooms. The room was absolutely spotless. Room cleaned to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them. Plenty of parking spaces. There was a fight in the bar on our first night which scared my kids, and other kids in the bar, but the staff were quick to sort it out. Unfortunately it scared my autistic daughter so much she refused to stay at the hotel so went to stay with her aunt who lives up the road. (Although, from what I can gather, the bar is a different company to the hotel). I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Be careful as you need to enter your car registration on the touchscreen when entering to entitle you to complimentary parking. We called in for unlimited buffet breakfast and it was all hot, fresh and delicious.. scrambled eggs and poached eggs cooked to order. The rest is help yourself from the buffet plus croissants, crumpets, variety of toasts, jam, honey, cereals and juices and refillable hot drinks for one fixed price. Lovely chilled ambience and soft rock music. Very pleasant staff, clean and relaxed place. Really enjoyed the food on offer. High quality and hot and fresh. Soft play is £4.50 I think but doesn't open until noon, otherwise we'd be visiting for breakfast in the school holidays or weekends.

A typical Premiere Inn. Comfortable rooms. Big beds. Standard Beefeater next door. However, if you are in a higher number room, prepare your hiking gear for the walk from reception to your room. At one point, I thought i was going to have to check out before I actually reached my room, such was the distance to my room. It was so far from reception, the movement controlled corridor lights were always off when I got to them - although this did give a budget horror movie vibe as they came on as you walked into their area. Would have been at least 4 stars for all parts of the score if it hadn't been for the trek to the room.

Premier Inn Sunderland A19/A1231 I do my best to use ‘Premier Inn Hotel group’ whenever I need to travel for both work and personal reasons. But there has been no better experience than my most recent at “Premier Inn Sunderland A19/A1231”. It has been the cleanest best and easiest to work with hotel I’ve attended to date. Absolutely great customer service, especially with the main receptionist that I’ve dealt with Mel. Answered all the questions I had and assisted with direction and local area knowledge! an outstanding customer service standard and I am really happy with the services. I will definitely be back later in the year for more business work and hands down Will be staying here again. • Great service • Friendly staff • Super clean • Really easy for travel to all local areas • Top quality rooms • Lovely and quiet I would honestly struggle to find a negative for this hotel inparticular Duncan

Rooms nit as modern as most premier inns but bed was comfortable Unfortunately the receptionist didn’t seem happy to see us and never cracked a smile, even when passing. Overall it was ok, I would return if the other local premier inn was full
